Daily intake of coffee:

It is recommended that one should consume three to four servings of coffee a day.

Negative side-effects of coffee:

1) Coffee on an empty stomach can cause indigestion, heartburn, acidity and ulcers.
2) If the coffee is not roasted properly it can induce cancer.
3) Excessive consumption of coffee leads to stress and increases blood pressure.

4) Improves immunity and helps fight common cold.
5) Tea also helps fight cancerous cells.
6) Certain teas also reduce stress.

It is recommended to consume maximum five servings of tea a day.

Negative Side Effects of Tea:

1) Excess consumption of tea induces alzheimer’s disease and osteofluorosis.
2) Consuming large amounts of tea increases toxicity in the body.
3) Tea also induces insomnia and kidney stones.
4) Over consumption of tea also causes premenstrual syndrome and disturbs the urinary system.
5) Tea also disrupts the digestive system; it can cause constipation and diarrhoea.
