Oats Vegetable Soup

Ingredients. 3 tablespoon of oats, 100 grams of green beans, 1 carrot, 1/4th cup of green peas, 1/4th cup of sweet corn, ½ a cup of milk, ½ tablespoon pepper powder, salt to taste, 1/4th tablespoon sugar and a few coriander leaves.


Method.
Cook green beans, sweet corn and carrot in a pressure cooker for 6-8 minutes. This will help in giving a crunchy texture to your soup. Now take a pan and heat ½ a cup of water. Transfer all the cooked vegetables to the pan. Add the oats and cook for 5 minutes. Keep on stirring and if need be add enough water to loosen the mixture if it begins to stick. Now add pepper powder, sugar and salt to the mixture. Finally add in milk and keep stirring it for the next two minutes, until the soup comes to a boil.
