We love our samosas, pav bahji, butter chicken, chips, and chocolates, everything your fitness trainer and doctor will tell you to avoid. What if we were to tell you that there are some tribes or communities that feast on high carbohydrates, high proteins and high fats obtained from sources like walrus meat, animal blood, even testicles! We know about, balut and century eggs that are consumed in Asia, so we take a look at other communities that have bizarre delicacies and what makes them healthy.
