Reduce the amount of sugar and salt in your diet to stay fit and healthy. Too much sugar can cause health and weight problems and too much salt can cause high blood pressure. Hence, lessen the intake of salt and sugar to stay healthy and fit. 


 

  • Make changes in your diet slowly
  • Lots of fruits and vegetables is a very good idea
  • Include diet rich in protein
  • Every food is important
  • Include carbohydrates in your diet
  • Change your old cooking style
  • Drink a glass of water in the morning
  • Beet up with RED
  • Breathe the right way
  • Three meals a day
  • Proper sleep is essential
  • Quit smoking
  • Choose fresh fruits
  • Sunlight is important
  • Avoid junk food
  • Skip the idiot box
  • Laugh it out
  • Limit sugar and salt
  • Never skip breakfast
  • Use healthy oil
