As a dermatologist, I get innumerable queries about fairness. While our skin colour is genetically determined, it is also possible to get an even skin tone and natural glow on the skin. The products we use, the food we eat and the lifestyle we live determine the health of our skin. It is however possible to eat our way to healthy glowing skin. Here we look at certain foods and supplements which when consumed can help us achieve fairer skin with a beautiful healthy glow.
