#4 Cause of Shoulder Pain. Rotator Cuff Disease: Tendinitis or Bursitis.

Tendinitis is inflammation of a tendon; it takes place when the biceps tendon becomes inflamed, usually as a consequence of being pinched by surrounding structures. Bursitis, or inflammation of the bursa sacs, which protects the shoulder, may accompany tendinitis and impingement syndrome.

Its sign and symptoms include difficulty in the upper shoulder or upper third of the arm. It also leads to pain when the shoulder is lifted away from the body or overhead.
