Fact about weight training:
Gender disparity seeps into weight training too, but is it a myth or a fact? Arnav sternly refutes this baseless claim, “This is an old myth that really has no scientific basis. Your weight training program needs to be made depending on your goals, fitness levels and overall lifestyle, and not based on your gender. Yes, the amount of weights that men and women lift will be different due to the difference in muscle volume, but programs for similar goals need to be the same.”
