If you have blemishes on your face and are looking to get rid of them, then simply try juicing because it helps detoxify the body and gives you a clear, glowing complexion.

Papayas: Is loaded with antioxidants and contain the enzyme papain, which help the body get rid of impurities and make the skin healthy from inside. So, if you want healthy, clear skin, drink papaya juice.

Cucumbers: Cucumber is rich in silica, which is known to improve the complexion. It also has a high water content which, keeps skin hydrated and nourished.

Lemons: Lemons are packed with vitamin C and are a good cleanser. They are help in balancing the pH level of the skin and flush out the kidneys. So if you want a glowing complexion, drink lemon juice daily.

Carrots: Are high in vitamin A which evens out the skin one and reduces pigmentation. They also help fight acne and wrinkles.

Tomatoes: Is a natural sunscreen agent and contain lycopene, which is an antioxidant that helps improve one’s complexion and fights ageing.
