Importance and Benefits of Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that fights free radicals and protects the cells. Lack of vitamin E or vitamin E deficiency leads to hair loss, poor healing process, impairment of immune system response, leg cramps, destruction of red blood cells, skeletal myopathy and retinopathy. So, ensure you include plenty of vitamin E in your diet through foods and natural supplements, to protect your cells.
