im 25 year old male ,,i was around 105 kg ,during my colledge days ,then after lot of cardio exercise and dieting i reduced 25 kg weight ,now im ,in between 79 and 80 ,as per BMI ,i should be around 72 kg , im very health consious person , i use trademill for regular exercise ,even i use brown bread as a diet some time i took protein and checken breast , now im exercise hard 2 times a days ,it been around 2 month ,my weight is not getting down , now im still on 79 ,kindly suggest me wts the problem REPORT

Hi Sir, I have been regularly exercising with cardio,suryanamaskar with some floor exercise for my hips and thighs. As i am pear shaped lady. Along with this i also follow a strict diet. In past 4-5 months i have reduced 6 kgs. However now my weight has become stagnant and i still want to reduce more at my lower body portion to some extent. Inspite of doing all the above thing i am loosing hope and dont know what more is required for me to focus on my target i.e. to reduce weight and tone my lower body. Kindly suggest. Dear Sir/Madam, I'm binu,I was born in indian vellage area and from 5 years to Ihave been leving in bangalore city . age-27 , gender-male , weight-53 , hight-5.10" , unmarried , i am working in garment industry, 9 to 11 hours have work ,90% starnding and doing suparvising job 70% mental pressure job . last week i joined Gym . my problem less wight , I want to increase my weight 10 to 15 kg So i need ur help and suggetion please...............
