We step out of the house and we see huge hoardings of various fast food restaurants like KFC, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut etc. luring us. The temptation shown by the various colorful and tempting advertisements can at times weaken even the strictest dieter.


The truth is that at some point or the other, we all swear to give up fast food. But more often than not, such promises fall flat on its face. That’s why we are not going to ask you to banish fast food from your diet forever (because it’s impossible and unrealistic), but instead guide you as to ways you can eat your favorite item without expanding your waist line.
