Whether we work in an office or are constantly travelling, losing weight can be a bit of a challenge. Working life can have a serious impact on our waistline and our health. Business lunches and afternoon binges on biscuits, chips and chocolates can help us pile on the kilos. Also, after a tiring day at work, most of us simply cannot be bothered to spend time in the kitchen cooking a healthy dinner. So we tend to order oily, greasy food from our favourite restaurants, which add to our weight and affect our health and sleeping patterns. 

Also, for most of us losing weight, while we’re working can be a bit challenging.
