Whether we work in an office or are constantly travelling, losing weight can be a bit of a challenge. Working life can have a serious impact on our waistline and our health. Business lunches and afternoon binges on biscuits, chips and chocolates can help us pile on the kilos. Also, after a tiring day at work, most of us simply cannot be bothered to spend time in the kitchen cooking a healthy dinner.
