HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a specific type of training where a number of intensive exercises are performed by giving short breaks in between. Best for bulky people who are trying to lose weight, HIIT is a specialized form which provides exercises challenging your heart rate. It can be physically as demanding or light, as the intensity you choose to perform it at.
