The myth: All saturated fats are bad for health

Fact: 
Though butter, cheese and ghee are under the bad saturated oils category, their cousins coconut oil and palm oil are healthy for you. Fatty acids improve the functioning of the brain and reduce osteoporosis in women. As mentioned earlier, coconut oil builds immunity. So don’t cut out these healthy saturated fats completely from your diet. Caution: Be a minimalist when it comes to saturated fats consumption. Learn to differentiate between the good fats and the bad fats even in the saturated fats category.
