The myth: Rice is fattening

Fact: 
The clause is that if you eat rice in small portions, you will not gain weight. Rice also nourishes you with minerals and vitamins like magnesium, iron, fiber, protein and niacin. The evidence suggest that brown rice is far healthy than refined white rice. The chance of gaining weight is slimmer and the richness of minerals and vitamins are higher. So let’s not give rice the silent treatment, what will we do without our rice and curry?
