Many nutrition or sports enthusiasts must have read about the fantastic results that Novak Djovokic, the world’s No.1 tennis player, derived as a result of shifting to a gluten-free diet. Not only did he improve in terms of physical conditioning and stamina, but he also became visibly leaner with well-defined abs and less fat  on his body.
