But why wait to knock off those 10 kilos to look your best? Let weight loss be a fitness goal, and looking good a personal goal. Today we’re talking about how you can look good at any size. After all, living healthy has a lot to do with mental peace and looking good is a great de-stressor.

  • Stop wearing tents.
  • Don’t over-compensate by over-accessorising
  • Wear the right under-clothes.
  • Forget the trends, if they don’t flatter your body type.
  • Experiment beyond those jeans and tees.
  • Colours and prints.
  • Stop squeezing in – start from the widest.
  • Wear the right workout clothes.
  • Stand tall.
