Diabetes and weight loss are like two sides of the same coin. If you are diabetic, your diabetologist would have told you enough about the importance of weight loss in order to stay healthy. However, if you are not, then it is a must to keep your weight in check to keep your blood sugar levels under control. But please note that having too much and even too little sugar in the blood can present a hazardous situation, where your health can suffer.
