Is it possible for someone to lose weight just by eating a piece of fruit every two hours? If you are to believe the fruit flush diet followers, then this is quite possible. A diet, which claims to keep you on a three day detox, the fruit flush diet apparently aids in flushing out toxins from the body. These 'toxins' supposedly accumulate in the body because of alcohol, junk food, artificial ingredients, and processed foods.
