Abdominal Exercise: Plank Workout Routine for Flat Belly
Whenever I am asked about the best exercises for belly, my answer is all balancing exercises or poses are great for the tummy. In fact they are good for the entire core area. Core area includes all the muscles around the spine. They are the muscles that are responsible for the stability of the spine. Abdominal muscles, gluteus muscles, pelvic floor muscles, spinal muscles are all core muscles.
When we assume a balancing posture say while doing a plank or a boat pose then we engage these core muscles to balance our body. Sharing a Plank workout plan for your belly.
