Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken ṭikka masala is a dish of roasted chicken chunks in a spicy sauce. The sauce is usually creamy, spiced and orange-coloured. Interestingly, this isn’t a traditional Indian dish.
It got its name from the resemblance in spices to chicken tikkas, a popular starter in mughlai cuisine. However, it has become very popular in India and abroad.
