Method:
Grease your cooking pan with a little low fat butter. Next, bring the milk to a boil under low heat until it reduces to almost half of its original quantity. Add sugar to this and keep stirring continuously. Next, add the grated apples and cook for 5-6 minutes more. Add the blanched almonds, pistachios and cardamom powder and mix properly. Finally, transfer the contents and garnish with remaining almonds and refrigerate. Your yummy Navratri rabdi recipe is ready to be relished.
