Oats Rava Dosa
Ingredients. I cup oats, 1/4th cup rava, 3/4th cup whole wheat flour, 1 onion, 2 green chillies, 2 tablespoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon pepper and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Method. Heat 1tbsp of olive oil in a pan and throw finely chopped onions, green chillies, pepper and cumin seeds in. Sauté for 2mins, keep aside. Now take a separate bowl and mix in all the ingredients. Add enough water to the mixture, and pour the dosa batter to the boiling hot pan. Keep on adding drops of oil to the dosa. Cook it on each side thoroughly until light brown in colour.
