Breakfast is what gives you that boost of energy to kickstart your day. If you are tired in the first half of the day, then you need breakfast and have the right ingredients to keep you going throughout the day. Most breakfast recipes contain milk or yogurt that provokes a negative reaction for some. Those who are lactose intolerant may not be able to enjoy a parfait, but that doesn't mean that healthy breakfasts aren't possible.
