Sabudana Vada - Sago Patties. Ingredients: 4 potatoes boiled and mashed, 1/2 a cup of sabudana, 2 cups of water, 1 chopped onion chopped, 2 chopped green chillies, grated ginger, 5 to 7 peanuts coarsely crushed, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp raw mango powder, 2 tablespoon oil and salt to taste. Method: Soak the sabudana in water for a night. The next morning, mix the sabudana with all the other ingredients and form handy-sized balls out of it. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and roast them till golden. Serve with mint chutney.
