Healthy Indian Breakfast Ideas

Spicy and tangy scrambled eggs. Ingredients: 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon olive oil, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, 1 small onion finely chopped, a few coriander leaves, a few green chillies, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, black pepper, salt to taste. You can also add a few chopped vegetables if needed. Method: Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan. Mix well all the leftover ingredients in a bowl and whisk them well. Pour the mixture in the pan and cook until done. Serve hot with two slices of whole grain bread.
