Stuffed aloo parantha with no oil: Ingredients: 2 cup wheat flour, 1 cup water, 1 boiled potato, red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala to taste. Method: Mix water and flour to form a soft dough. Now roll the dough into small circles and flatten it to the size of a roti. For the mixture, mix potatoes with all the ingredients and add it to the flatten dough. Now place the parantha over a preheated pan and let it cook from both side until golden brown. You can also substitute potatoes with nutritional vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, or spinach.
