Thick Yogurt French Toast: This is especially healthy in hot summer months when the sun is out with a vengeance and the mercury is rising. Yogurt is a great way to substitute sour cream and readymade mayo-based fattening sauces. Full of probiotics, yogurt helps fight bloating, constipation and diarrhoea.
What you need for your thick yogurt french toast is - 2 slices of whole grain bread, 1 egg, cooking spray, 1 cup of hung curd, cinnamon, 1/2 banana, and 2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup.
Now, heat the pan and sprinkle a bit of cooking spray in it. Whip the egg so that you can dip the bread into it. Now, coat the batter on both sides and cook until each side is golden brown. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, cinnamon and banana slices together. Place this mixture on your bread. Bon Appétit!
