Ingredients. 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup rolled oats, I/4 cup oat bran, salt to taste.
Method. First of all, grind the rolled oats. Now take a separate bowl and add in whole wheat flour, along with bran, grinded rolled oats and salt. Add enough water to this mixture to roll a soft and a pliable dough. Divide the dough into small bowls. Now, use a rolling pin and roll it into a flatbread. Place it on a non-stick pan and cook the rotis until they are brown in colour. Serve warm.
