What makes a dog bite? There are many psychological evidences behind the dog bite. The reasons can be many; like:-

  • Dominance Aggression. If the dog feels dominated by someone in terms of his place, area etc.
  • Fear of losing his valuables. When the dog feels that the possessions he has can be snatched away from him. His valuables are not as materialistic as those loved by humans, but include simple things like food, shelter or even the closest human member of the family. The mere thought of losing it can make the dog aggressive and ultimately it can bite.
  • Suffering intense pain. When in pain or in some adverse condition, the dog can react depending on the intensity of pain it is bearing. Any dog can bite if it’s hurting.
