Weekend therapy: Take a hike! It's possible, even in Indian cities!

Literally, take a hike; change of scenery is always good for the mind. Beaches too are a great way to de-stress on the weekend. An all time favourite stress buster is a trip to Goa, but that may be not be an option for every Indian to indulge on every weekend. Focus, instead, on any piece of nature accessible to you. Can't get a white sand beach? Unfortunate, but not the end of the world. Look for cycling trips to seafacing routes like Marine drive in Mumbai, short treks in the neighbourhood Garwhal foothills from Delhi, weekend trips to the beach or mountains from Bangalore and Chennai. Literally every Indian city and town has some nature at a maximum four hour distance. Use it!
