Skinny Banana

Ingredients:

Banana
½ cup soy or low-fat milk
Ice
Chocolate syrup

Method

This one requires a blender. Break a banana into small chunks and freeze. Once frozen, throw the pieces into a blender along with ½ cup soy or low-fat milk, a handful of ice and a squirt of chocolate syrup. You will feel like you are having a milkshake, but you will skip several hundred grams of fat.
