Water Issues: When to Drink Hot and Cold Water

How much and what kind of water should I drink in my pre and post gym session?

. Before your workout have normal water at room temperature. During the workout go for water that is slightly colder than room temperature. However this might not work with everyone as some people might do better with water at room temperature during a workout.

Although perceptions of temperature, thirst and fullness change after an exercise session, there is no particular advantage of drinking water at any specific temperature.
