Water Issues: When to Drink Hot and Cold Water
How much and what kind of water should I drink in my pre and post gym session?
Arnav Sarkar. Before your workout have normal water at room temperature. During the workout go for water that is slightly colder than room temperature. However this might not work with everyone as some people might do better with water at room temperature during a workout.
