Is it true that one should always opt for warm or room temperature water whenever they can?
Arnav Sarkar. Not necessarily. I feel that water at room temperature is best on most occasions, but on a real hot day while doing a hard workout, cold water tends to feels better and rehydrates faster. So it would depend on the timing.
