Pregnancy is a special time; a time to take care and practise healthy habits. What you do and what you eat during this time affects you and the baby. However, Gestational Diabetes is very common nowadays. This makes it an important concern for most mothers-to-be, especially those who spend little to no time on health and fitness concerns prior to pregnancy. So how do you prevent Gestational Diabetes?
