External factors: Tooth whitening and acid based foods eat up your pearls. If you consume foods rich in acid content like citric fruits or sour food or tea you can expect enamel wipe out. Also some people tend to grind their teeth intentionally or unintentionally this gives rise to a plethora of other tooth related problems. If you use mouth wash, choose the ones that do not contain acids. You don’t want good breathe at the cost of bad teeth.
