Eat chilled fruits

Chilled fruits do two things – they’ll help get rid of the hangover cottonmouth as the freshness and cold temperature will refresh your taste buds instantly, they’ll also give you important nutritional benefits. This helps as you are experiencing weakness due to depleted nutrients.




 

  • Warm shower
  • Splash some cold water on your face
  • Sip a cup of water every 20 minutes
  • Eat chilled fruits
  • Drink an energy drink
  • Pop some vitamins
  • Go for a brisk walk
  • Eat a nutritious meal
  • Eat a greasy burger
  • Try a curry with rice
  • Dig out some comfort foods
  • Drink a chilled aerated drink
  • Brew a cup of hot tea
  • Sniff and sip some strong coffee
  • Hair of the dog
  • Take pills for the headache
  • Take antacids
  • Start lunch with a soup or broth
  • Eat every two hours
  • Take a power nap
