Cholesterol is bad for health:

If you are trying to lose weight do not avoid cholesterol but stay away from fats. Cholesterol is divided into two parts – bad and good cholesterol. Good cholesterol transports the cholesterol back to the liver from tissues and prevents deposition in the arteries. Boost good cholesterol by consuming orange juice, alternative milk like soy, and monounsaturated fats.
