Sleep Apnea is a sleep disorder in which the process of breathing repeatedly stops and starts. One may have sleep apnea if they snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night’s sleep. Sleep apnea is a silent killer as many disorders of the body may result as a consequence of sleep apnea.
