Does change in temperature cause skin damage?

“Yes, temperature changes highly affect our skin, especially cold weather, air conditioning. Normally our skin has multiple mechanisms to keep skin hydrated and prevent it from drying, water on the surface of skin is absorbed very slowly but additional hydration is provided from sweat and oil glands at temperature of 30-32 degree Celsius.”
