The neck. Your computer screen should sit at eye level. Avoid talking over the phone with the receiver placed between your shoulder and ear. Try this neck asana to fix your problem: Breathe in as you move your head to the right. Try and aim at a point where your shoulder touches the ear. Exhale as you bring your neck back to the normal position. Make sure you keep your neck and spine long. Now do the asana on the left side. Perform for five breathing cycles on each side.
