Picky Eater: Dealing with a Fussy Eater

Fussy eaters cause many parents to tear their hair out in frustration. Children need to eat frequently to sustain their high energy levels and help their bodies grow. It is perfectly normal for young children to suddenly decide they will only eat a few foods and refuse everything else. Eileen Canday, Chef Dietician with Breach Candy Hospital Trust shares some tips for parents on how to coax  their offspring to eat healthy and nutritious meals.
