Blame it on your 9 to 9 job, frequent work travel, or poor access to healthy food, after a days work many of us simply don’t feel like spending time in the kitchen cooking healthy meals. The result: Grabbing unhealthy junk food. Today we're asking Mrs. Eileen Canday – Chief Dietician at Breach Candy Hospital, some questions about how workaholics can also live and eat healthy.
