Tell us about your diet?
A good diet of 3-4 portions of fruit and vegetables every day give me my share of anti-oxidants. Also, protein enriched food such as milk, yoghurt, sprouts include my daily diet. Drinking fluids like coconut water keep my system hydrated and refreshed, works for my hair too. Besides diet, I exercise regularly and do a lot of dance to stay active and healthy.
How do you keep yourself motivated to stay fit and follow a grueling diet and fitness sessions?
I actually dance a lot to keep myself fit and healthy. My favorites are Zumba, Yoga and Swimming. I always feel that it is more convenient and fun than ‘gymming’. Also I take a good care of my diet by including a lot of vegetables, coconut water, and fruits.
