Monsoon Health Guide: Must-Know Facts About Diahrrea

According to the Indian Association of Pediatricians, Indian infants who are below the age of five, make for one-fourth of the total global deaths brought about solely by diarrhea-related causes. If the stats are anything to go by, then 152,000 Indian infants die every year because of diarrhea. This calls for awareness, especially since diarrhea can be easily treated if the symptoms are noticed in time along with the help of oral re-hydration solutions, and if need be, intravenous fluids.
