Lack of motivation to hit the gym is a common complain. What is your advice in such cases?

Mickey Mehta:
Maintain a timely routine. Eat well, on time and get enough sleep. This will make your body feel better, only then can one plan to exercise. Dragging yourself for a workout in an exhausted state of mind will not help much. Once people learn to enjoy their exercises, it helps them in rejuvenation and releasing stress from their work and life pressures.
