By Trina Remedios  Feb 23rd 2012 at 7:30AM Rated healthy-living
Stress is hardwired in most of us. When we hold back feelings, or when we are excessively competitive in everything we do, always in a hurry to get the work done, not satisfied with work or life, impatient or often carry office work home, then it's time to take a deep breath and blow off steam; in a positive manner. Today we walk you through the telltale signs of how stress affects your body. And it begins with your crowning glory - your hair. *Images courtesy: © Thinkstock photos/ Getty Images
