Physical symptoms of nervous breakdown

We normally do not attribute physical symptoms to a nervous breakdown. But there are several that you should not ignore. A build up to a nervous breakdown would include irregular heart beat, clammy hands, tensed muscles, upset stomach, lack of energy, and dizziness. If you experience these physical symptoms along with mental and emotional symptoms, you know you are like a pressure cooker.
