Myth: Men hit their sexual peak at 18 
Fact: Whether you believe this men’s health myth or not has to do with what you think ‘sexual peak’ means. Even if you believe that the peak has to do with ‘sexual’ hormones, which apparently do peak for boys of 18, ‘hitting a sexual peak’ says nothing about actual performance or appetite. Also, the real money’s on the fact that if a man continues to preserve his health, he might even boost his ‘sexual’ hormones in his 20s, 30s, even 40s.
