Male Fertility Foods to Increase Sperm Count
Infertility is a common problem, but it is usually considered a woman’s issue. However, this is not the case, as men can also have fertility problems. Infertility in men is typically associated with a decrease in quantity and quality of sperm. And this occurs due to several reasons, such as smoking, eating unhealthy foods, consuming excessive alcohol, stress and hot water, which can damage sperm and cause infertility in men.
